At Musical Instrument Store Online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sound. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your gear within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the instrument or electronic equipment in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
